Here are my latest use tips:

Lesson #1: Take a day or two off every week to allow your penis to recover and regenerate. Using it continuously can lead to unnecessary discomfort over time. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. Don't use it non-stop and don't increase the intensity of the stretch too fast.

Lesson #2: Warm-up. Use a warm moist towel to condition and prepare your penis before stretching. Do some manual stretching to loosen the tissue before stretching and each session will be easier to maintain without discomfort.

Lesson #3: Use a skin or body lotion to moisten and condition the skin after each session. This reduces skin irritation that can build up with use over time.

Lesson #4: Add more padding such as a baby wipe or gauze to areas that take the brunt of the force of the stretch (eg. around the penis where you strap into the extender and/or on the base of the extender that braces the extender in place against your body, specifically the pubic area, base of your penis and testicles).
